Hello everyone, this is Wang Zhen, Founder and CEO of Logical Qubit Technology. Today, I am very pleased to announce that we have recently completed our Pre-A financing round.

A Milestone Year
Although 2025 has not yet ended, it can already be described as a milestone year for Logical Qubit Technology.
On the technology front, our superconducting quantum chip fabrication facilities and quantum computing platforms have been progressively completed, accelerating the pace of technological development. In August this year, the 100-qubit superconducting quantum chip and independently developed quantum measurement and control system created with the participation of our core team members contributed to a major breakthrough in quantum chip research. The results were published in Nature.
At the same time, we firmly believe that the key to practical quantum computing lies in fault-tolerant logical qubits. We have achieved significant progress in the development of error-correctable quantum chips, and we look forward to sharing more updates in the near future.
On the commercialization front, by September, we had already achieved revenue targets far exceeding expectations, earning strong recognition from customers for our technologies and products. Meanwhile, we have begun discussions with several leading publicly listed companies to explore new application scenarios for quantum computing.
In terms of team development, we have grown from a small group of core technical members into a multidisciplinary team with clear responsibilities, strong execution, and a pragmatic mindset. More than half of our team consists of high-level quantum technology researchers, while the other half comes from leading companies across various industries with broad interdisciplinary experience.

Recently, many people have likely seen the news that the 2025 Nobel Prize in Physics was awarded to John Clarke, Michel Devoret, and John Martinis, pioneers in superconducting quantum circuits. This marks the first time superconducting quantum computing has been recognized with a Nobel Prize.
Notably, from 2007 to 2010, Logical Qubit Technology Chief Scientist Wang Haohua worked in the laboratory of John Martinis, contributing to superconducting quantum chip fabrication and quantum measurement and control technologies. This work laid an important technical foundation for superconducting quantum computing research at Zhejiang University and Logical Qubit Technology.
For us, quantum computing is a long-term endeavor. In 2025, our core focus remains centered on two major directions:
On the technology side, continuously improving the performance of superconducting quantum chips — our most important and unwavering core R&D direction.
On the application side, consolidating quantum computing’s strengths in scientific computing while continuously exploring new industrial application scenarios.
In 2026, we will continue to focus on these two priorities and rapidly iterate our capabilities around these core objectives.
