Work in a Class 1,000 cleanroom environment and learn key micro/nano-fabrication processes, including photolithography, thin film deposition, and etching.
Assist engineers in executing chip fabrication processes, and record as well as analyze process data.
Participate in troubleshooting process anomalies and conducting optimization experiments.
Education & Background
Bachelor's degree (fresh graduate) in a STEM-related field, including but not limited to: Physics, Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering, Materials Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Precision Instruments, Mathematics, etc.
Fundamental Skills
Solid academic foundation and strong learning ability.
Interest in at least one of the following areas: quantum computing, micro/nano fabrication, RF technology, algorithm simulation, etc.
Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, C++), or familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (LLMs), is a plus.
Prior experience in labs, research projects, or competitions is preferred.
